William Richard Smiddle Jr.
William Richard Smiddle Jr., 56, of Canonsburg, died Sunday, December 2, 2012, in Canonsburg General Hospital.
He was born August 13, 1956, in Canonsburg, a son of William Smiddle of Canonsburg and the late Edna Kennedy Smiddle.
Mr. Smiddle was a graduate of Chartiers Houston High School.
He served with the U.S. Air Force and had worked as a house painter.
Mr. Smiddle was a loyal member of Houston Independent Club.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are a brother, David D. Smiddle of Coppell, Texas; a sister, Beth Ofseur of Dallas, Texas; and a niece and two nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his mother, is a sister, Tracy Acklin.
There will be no public visitation or services. Interment will be in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.
