Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge Janet Moschetta Bell were:

Mac J. Molek, 32, of 250 Grange Road, Coal Center; theft by deception; charged for stealing two empty beer kegs from the parking lot at Lagerhead’s in Coal Center; sentence – 3 to 23 months of probation.

Kristie A. Huseman, 24, of 145 Washington St., Apt. 3, Cokeburg; simple assault; charged June 13, 2011, for assaulting a man on Lone Pine-Marianna Road in Amwell Township; sentence – 67 days to 12 months in jail.

Jeremy T. Leadbitter, 26, of 133 Arrabella St., McDonald; theft by unlawful taking; charged for stealing jewelry from 114 Arrabella St., McDonald, in June; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.

Appearing before Senior Judge Linda Wallach Miller were:

Robert P. Knapper, 54, last known address is the Washington County jail; two counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine; charged for selling cocaine to a confidential informant Aug. 12, 2010, and March 10; sentence – 2 to 5 years in prison.

Matthew R. Myers, 36, of 23 Old Monongahela Pike, Apt. C, Eighty Four; terroristic threats; charged June 13 for making threatening phone calls to a South Franklin Township woman; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Amber L. Roberts, 24, of 454 Fourth St. Rear, Donora; corruption of minors; charged July 7 for giving a 14-year-old boy marijuana at her home; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Benjamin L. Kissell, 22, of 2044 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged March 24 at Walmart in South Strabane Township; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Jonathan D. Mowery, 20, of 1252 Amity Ridge Road, Amity; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 26 following a traffic stop on Jefferson Avenue in Washington; sentence – Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.

Melissa L. Eakin, 42, of 829 Milledgeville Road, Hadley; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 28 following a traffic stop on Waterdam Road in McMurray; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Raphael M. Dorsett, 21, of 4106 Green Ridge Road, Apt. 2, Pittsburgh; theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, fleeing from police; charged Aug. 24, 2011, for stealing copper pipe and brass fittings from 62 W. Walnut St., Washington; June 8 for stealing checks from 24 Rosewood Ave., Marianna; and July 27 for fleeing following a traffic stop on South Jefferson Avenue in Canonsburg; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Joshua Derosa, 23, of 3754 Dry Run Road, Monongahela; possession with intent to deliver marijuana; charged July 24 following a traffic stop on Route 837 in Carroll Township; sentence – 2 years of probation.

Michael B. Davis, 26, of 107 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; defiant trespass; charged July 28 at 63 Gallenton Drive, Donora; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Jerry E. Hollerman, 38, of 130 51 Manor Trailer Park, Belle Vernon; disorderly conduct; charged June 6 at 616 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; sentence – 90 days of probation.

Stacey M. Elliott, 39, of 11 Birch St., Avella; accidents involving damage, driving with a suspended license; charged June 22 after a vehicle collision on Franklin Farms Road in North Franklin Township; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine.

Isaiah Calloway, 21, of 127 Maple Terrace, Washington; flight to avoid apprehension, terroristic threats; charged Feb. 24 for threatening a woman at 237 Lincoln Terrace, Washington, and April 22 at Hazel Day Personal Care in Washington; sentence – 18 months of probation.
