Michael Heasley received a forfeit at 152 pounds, the last contested weight, to give Waynesburg a 36-31 victory over Jefferson-Morgan in a non-section dual meet.

Logan Henderson (113) and Shaun Wilson (126) had pins for the Raiders (3-1).

Billy Bowlen (170), Dustin Conti (195) and Ian Wolfe had pins for the Rockets (1-1).

Reno Tournament of Champions: Canon-McMillan had a strong start in the Reno Tournament of Champions Friday night.

Five wrestlers – Brendan Price (106), Dalton Macri (120), Josiah Hritsko (126), Connor Schram (1320 and Sam Minor (160) – each had two wins. Two-time state champion Cody Wiercioch pinned his first opponent.

Burgettstown 60, Fort Cherry 9: Burgettstown took advantage of seven forfeit wins to roll past Fort Cherry, 60-9, in a non-section dual meet.

Austin McDermitt (106), John Dennison (113) and Evan Pethel (120) each had a pin for the Blue Devils (2-0).

Logan Elder (145) had a pin for Fort Cherry.

Peters Township 56, Mars 10: Peters Township won all but two bouts to defeat Mars, 56-10, in a Section 2 dual meet.

Devan Evanovich (145), Max Oberschelp (170), Mitch Fitzgerald and Lucas Cerenak (Hvy) had pins for the Indians (1-0, 2-0).
