Laura B. Shaw
Laura B. Shaw, 44, of McDonald, died Wednesday, December 19, 2012, in Canonsburg General Hospital.
She was born December 8, 1968, a daughter of the late Janet L. Chiff Stankowski and John (Darlene) “Q-Ball” Stankowski of Tionesta.
Surviving are her children, Nicholas J. Russell and James “C.J.” Shaw, both of McDonald; a sister, Jeni (Tom) Stankowski of McDonald; and brothers John “J.P.” Stankowski and Richard Stankowski, both of McDonald. Also surviving are a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and her husband, Rodney Shaw.
She enjoyed taking care of her children and singing.
She was employed as a CNA at Country Meadows Nursing Home.
Friends are invited to a memorial service at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 29, in Robinson Run Cemetery Chapel. Everyone is asked to please meet at the chapel.
