INDEPENDENCE

Window broken: State police said someone threw a beer bottle and broke a window on a car owned by Sandra Lis on Avella Road, Independence Township. Police said the incident occurred between 10 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday.


MORRIS

Tools, wiring stolen: Ryan Valo of Plum Sock Road, Morris Township, told state police that about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, someone broke into a garage under construction and stole new electrical household wiring and a bucket of electrical tools before fleeing.


SOMERSET

Burglary, theft: Reid Yannacci of 674 Lincoln Ave., Somerset Township, told state police that someone entered his residence and stole a Glock semiautomatic pistol valued at $500 and a 14-karat gold/diamond bracelet valued at $400 from his bedroom. The incident occurred between 3 p.m. Thursday and 1:43 p.m. Sunday. Anyone with information is asked to call Trooper Nathan Brown at 724-223-5200.


WEST BETHLEHEM

Field damaged: Someone in a vehicle doing spinouts damaged a field on the property of Edward Thomas, Elm Street, West Bethlehem, before fleeing, said state police. The incident happened between midnight Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday.


WEST FINLEY

Burglary, theft: State police said someone entered the Knisely family residence on Fraction Road, West Finley Township, between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Friday and stole a firearm and jewelry. An investigation is continuing.
