AMWELL

Vehicle crash: Bethany L. Hull, 24, of Washington, suffered moderate injuries, and a passenger in her car, Leigh Yurkovich, 29, of Prosperity, suffered minor injuries in a vehicle accident about 10:15 p.m. Friday on Hackney Station Road, state police said. Hull was treated at Washington Hospital after her vehicle traveled off the road into a ditch, struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof, coming to rest on the roadway, police said.


BENTLEYVILLE

DUI crash: Matthew Gajan, 24, of Richeyville, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and hit-and-run after a truck he was driving struck a vehicle owned by Theresa Combs of Ellsworth while it was parked at Bentleyville Fire Department on Main Street about 2:45 a.m. Saturday, state police said.


CANTON

Woman cited: Sandy Marie Rogers, 48, of Washington, was cited by state police for criminal mischief after she allegedly used a tire iron to damage the front fender of a pickup truck belonging to Dennis E. Curry Jr., of Washington, outside a Baird Avenue residence in Canton Township late Monday night.


CARROLL

LCE citation: The Eldorado, 1109 Route 837, has been cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement’s Pittsburgh office for noise. According to a new release from the LCB’s District Office, noise from a loudspeaker could be heard beyond its property line at various times between April and September. The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who can impose a fine or suspend their license.


SOUTH STRABANE

Theft case: Skyler C. George, 22, of 88 Country Club Road in South Strabane Township, is facing a charge of theft over accusations she stole a credit card from a customer about 1:15 p.m. Sunday at Dollar Tree, 341 Washington Road, township police said.
