Rashelle Walthour and Trevor Biser were united in marriage November 3, 2012, in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Washington. The Rev. Louis Pascazi officiated the 3 p.m. ceremony. The bride’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Donald (Denice) Walthour of Washington. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard (Irene) Walthour and the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank (Mildred) Poznick.
Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. James (Judy) Biser of Westernport, Md. His grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Victor (Pearl) Keller, the late Forrest Biser and the late Thelma Shaw.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Kay Thomas of Bridgeville. Bridesmaids were Michelle Jones of Washington, Maria Moyer of Washington, Paige Degusipe of Markleysburg and Erica Marsh of Morgantown, W.Va. Flower girl was Kaelyn Long goddaughter of bride.
Best man was Ryan Cleveland of Marietta. Ushers were Jamie Biser of Westernport, Md., brother of groom, Brian Alkire of Keyser, W.Va., Nicholas Zais of Cumberland, Md., and Jeremy Stafford of Westernport, Md. Ring bearer was Corbin Long.
Reader was Diane Waligora.
A reception was held at the George Washington Hotel’s grand ballroom.
The new Mrs. Biser is a 2000 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2004 graduate of Waynesburg University, earning a bacehlor’s degree. She is a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at West Virginia University Childrens’ Hospital.
Mr. Biser is a 1999 graduate of Westmar High School and a 2006 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland. He is a respiratory therapist at West Virginia University Hospital.
The newlyweds took a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia and make their home in Washington.
