A groundbreaking was held recently in North Strabane Township for the area’s third SmartKids Child Care and Learning Center. The new center is scheduled to open in June. Among the 60 people who attended the groundbreaking were Washington County commissioners Larry Maggi, Harlan Shober and Diana Irey Vaughan and state Rep. Brandon Neuman, D-North Strabane.
