A crew from Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority repair a water line break on Church Street Friday morning. The break in the 4-inch cast iron line left several inches of water in the basement of the Observer-Reporter building and resulted in a water outage for several hours in the building housing Fischer’s Antiques.
