Frances S. Wytovich
Frances S. Wytovich, 91, of Eighty Four (Ontario), died Wednesday, February 13, 2013, in IHS Greenery, Canonsburg.
She was born July 24, 1921, in Ontario, a daughter of the late Joseph and Sophie Chrobak Hanzel.
A homemaker, Mrs. Wytovich was a lifelong member of Ave Maria Parish, Bentleyville.
She enjoyed canning, gardening, cooking and baking. She dearly loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
On November 5, 1938, she married Steve Wytovich Jr., who died December 16, 2002.
Surviving are three daughters, Frances Bennett (Hugh) of Eighty Four, Susan Ford (Russ) of Washington and Andrea Taylor of Eighty Four; six grandchildren, Tuffy Bennett (Danielle), Shawn Bennett (Darla), Michelle Thomas (Brad), Tiffany Ford (Rahul Taparia), Debra Kerns (Barry) and Steven Taylor (Christy); two great-grandchildren, Brittany Bennett and Joshua Kerns; brother-in-law Michael Wytovich of Bentleyville; sister-in-law Catherine Wytovich of Bentleyville; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are a granddaughter, Andrea “Button” Taylor; a sister, Anna Starinsky; and a brother, Joseph Hanzel.
Friends will be received from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 15, in Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, where family and friends will gather to proceed to Ave Maria Roman Catholic Church, Bentleyville, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Edward Yuhas as celebrant. Interment will follow in Beallsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions be made to Washington Area Humane Society, P.O.
