Newsboys to perform at Cal U.

Tickets for Newsboys go on sale today

Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning Christian pop-rock band Newsboys will perfrom with singer/songwriter Britt Nicole at 7 p.m. April 11 in the Convocation Center at California University of Pennsylvania.

Newsboys have five gold albums and 28 No. 1 radio hits. Their 2010 album, “Born Again,” reached No. 4 on the overall Billboard chart.

In addition to Newsboys’ top hits, the playlist for the concert at Cal U. will include songs from the band’s current album of rock-driven worship anthems, “God’s Not Dead,” including “Your Love Never Fails,” which has been No. 1 for six consecutive weeks at Hot AC radio.

The Nashville-based Nicole is a Grammy Award nominee for her 2012 album “Gold.”

General admission tickets cost $25 in advance and $30 the day of the show.

For $77, guests can enjoy a VIP experience, which includes priority check-in, an exclusive autograph session with Newsboys, a question-and-answer session with the band and limited-edition merchandise.
