A Prime Time covered-dish dinner will be held at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall of Waynesburg First Church of the Nazarene. Entertainment will be provided by Ambassadors for Christ.

Country music will be featured from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the New Freeport fire hall. Bands scheduled to appear are Jake Barr and Friends and Ambassadors for Christ. Cost is $3, and the event is sponsored by the ladies auxiliary.

A spaghetti dinner will be held March 10 at the Waynesburg Veterans of Foreign Wars to raise money to cover medical expenses of Marcus Atkinson, the nephew of June and Dar Fitch of Waynesburg. The meal, which will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., will include spaghetti, roll, butter, salad, dessert and drinks. The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children.
