Flag Award Certificate
The Flag Award Certificate was presented recently to Vulcan Village of California. The certificate, authorized in 1987 by the Society of the Sons of the American Revolution, is presented to individuals, companies and government agencies that fly the U.S. flag for patriotic purposes only. From left are Larry Ridgway, vice president of the George Washington Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, who presented the certificate, and members of the Vulcan Village staff, Dr. Scott M. Helfrich, Jeremy Hodge, Spandy Zemany and Richard Morris.
