Staying true to your school

  • March 19, 2013

In this crazy world, it’s nice to know that some people still have core values. Frank Scott and Willard “Lock” Hartley have supported and cheered on Washington High School for more than 40 years.

Staying a loyal fan and booster for your school long after you have graduated is commendable. Their love for Washington High School is something our community should shout from the rooftops. As the Beach Boys song said, “Stay true to your school as you would to your girl and let your colors fly.” It’s a lesson of courage and passion for us all.
