He then reportedly started yelling at them and threw debris, hitting one of them. He then went in his house and came back out with a golf club, allegedly pointing it at a neighbor and making threats. Police said he then went back inside and came out with a rifle. The victims are identified by police as Robin Wright, 45, Charlene Iskey, 65, and Paul Craft, 63, all of Washington. The charges were filed at the office of District Judge David Mark.
