B-C students win scholar-athlete award
Londyn Brown and Nicholas Pryor, eighth-graders at Bethlehem-Center Middle School, received the John Ciarrocchi Memorial Scholar-Athlete Award for 2012-13. Brown was nominated by her coaches in cheerleading and softball. Pryor was nominated by his coaches for football and basketball. Ciarrocchi was a guidance counselor and head track coach at the school until the time of his death in 1970. Brown’s parents are Sonny and Amy Hoak-Brown of Richeyville. Pryor’s parents are Frank and Patty Pryor of Fredericktown.
