CANONSBURG

Teen hospitalized: A 15-year-old Canonsburg boy was taken to Canonsburg General Hospital Tuesday night after he was found unconscious near Chartiers Creek and Strabane Avenue, Canonsburg police. The boy was highly intoxicated and told a woman who was helping him he had consumed vodka with friends. He will be charged with underage drinking.


CANTON

Drug charges: Brittany Lynn Whipkey, 29, of Washington, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver cocaine after she allegedly sold the drug to a confidential information, state police said. The buy was made outside a Henderson Avenue convenience store, Canton, Sept. 30, 2011. She allegedly sold 3.3 grams for $200. Whipkey was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and released from the Washington County jail after posting $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is set for July 10 before District Judge David Mark.


CHARTIERS

Harassment charge: Danny E. Vanderlee, 36, of 377 Grace Ave., Chartiers, was charged Tuesday by Chartiers police with harassment after threatening to assault a woman because she walked her dog on the street in front of his home June 7. The charged will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.


NORTH STRABANE

Window broken: Marcie Costabile told North Strabane police Tuesday a window was broken at a home at 135 Boone Ave.


Harassment charge: Randall G. Ray, 35, of 25 Van Eman St., Canonsburg, was charged Wednesday by North Strabane police with harassment after he allegedly continued to place telephone calls to Renee Morgan-Church, 188 Wylie Ave., Friday after being told to stop by police. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.


SOMERSET

GPS, cash stolen: Matthew G. Horne, 7 Kinder Lane, Somerset, told state police Wednesday a global positioning system and $100 were stolen from his vehicle.


SOUTH FRANKLIN

Driver injured: Thomas Selepec, 42, of Pittsburgh, was injured when he crashed his truck Tuesday night on Park Avenue near Bedillion Road, South Franklin. State police said he was driving north when he crossed into the other lane, went off the road and into a wooded area, crashing into some trees.


SOUTH STRABANE

Motorcycle rider injured: Thomas J. Alderson Jr., 74, of Washington, was injured Tuesday morning when his motorcycle struck a vehicle driven by Marian Eisert, 68, of Washington on Interstate 79 south of the Meadow Lands exit, South Strabane. State police said Alderson’s motorcycle got a flat tire and he pulled off to the left berm. He reportedly struck Eisert’s vehicle as he crossed the southbound lanes to the right berm.


WASHINGTON

Drug charge: Marley Goehring, 19, of 448 N. Main St., Washington, was charged Wednesday by Washington police with possession with intent to deliver marijuana after he was found with the suspected drug June 4 in Jollick Manor. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.


Theft, receiving charges: William Robert Phillips, 29, who has two addresses in Washington, was charged Wednesday by Washington police with theft and receiving stolen property. He is accused of stealing drills owned by Donald Reed of Washington and selling the items at a Washington pawn shop. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
