Local fireworks and July Fourth events

Bentleyville – Stars & Stripes in the Park will begin at noon Saturday, with fireworks at dusk.

Brownsville – Fireworks will begin at dusk Wednesday at Patsy Hillman Park

Canonsburg – Parade begins at 10 a.m. Thursday, with fireworks at 9:30 a.m. at the stadium.

Charleroi – Fireworks will be he held at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, followed by a beach party with sand and water from 10 to 11 p.m.

East Finley – Independence Day picnic will begin at noon Saturday at East Finley Park, with fireworks at dusk.

Fredericktown – Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Monongahela – Entertainment begins at 6 p.m. Thursday at Monongahela Aquatorium, with fireworks at 9:45 p.m. Rain date is Friday.

Oglebay Park, W.Va. – Fireworks begin at dusk Wednesday.

Washington – Fireworks begin at dusk Thursday at Washington Park.

Waynesburg – Fireworks begin at dusk Thursday at the Greene County Fairgrounds.
