Allan Scott Slider, 30, of 830 Ewing St., Washington; open lewdness; charged March 29, 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William Pietrowski, 24, of 107 Lincoln Ave., Cokeburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 13; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.
Kathy P. Breakwell, 49, of 1193 State Road, Monessen; retail theft; charged Jan. 2; sentence – $1,000 fine.
Coung M. Dang, 20, of 2106 Patricia Lane, Apt. 24E, North Versailles; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Jan. 8; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.
Sequoia Stringa, 41, of 450 Fourth St., Donora; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 10; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Curtis Gardner, 44, of 159 Church St., Washington; false identification; charged Dec. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours community service, $200 fine.
Robert G. Popp Jr., 60, of 141 First Ave., New Eagle; endangering the welfare of a child, DUI; charged Aug. 22; sentence – 9 to 18 months on home monitoring with the first 4 months on SCRAM-X, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.
Richard Augustine, 44, 757 Boyce Road, Bridgeville; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine.
Bradley R. Nagy, 29, of 618 Fourth St., Monongahela; four counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 9, Jan. 24 and Feb. 4; sentence – 4 to 23 months home monitoring, no contact with Sunoco, Family Dollar and 7-Eleven.
Michelle J. Mellars, 45, of 32 McKinley St., Washington; retail theft; charged Nov. 5; sentence – 18 months of probation, 50 hours of community service.
Andrew J. Salopek III, 44, of 902 Chartiers St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Robin D. Hecht, 52, of 3091 Dara Drive, South Park; second offense of DUI; charged Sept. 1; sentence – 60 days to 6 months on home monitoring with SCRAM, $750 fine, 1-year license suspension.
Nathan D. Myers, 34, of 881 E. McMurray Road, Venetia; DUI; charged Oct. 30; sentence – 10 days to 6 months in jail, $300 fine, 20 hours of community service.
Jason F. Montani, 41, of 36 Long Drive, Eighty Four; three counts of disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 9; sentence – 90 days to 12 months home monitoring with work release.
Mark L. Lively, 46, of 17 Valley Addition, Putnam, W.Va.; two counts of receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy; charged March 14; sentence – 24 months of probation, $2,733 restitution.
Linda L. Amon, 52, of 622 Fayette St., Washington; reckless endangerment; charged May 22; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Patrick M. Hughey, 40, of 725 Addison St., Apt. 3, Washington; burglary, receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive intermediate punishment program, 100 hours of community service.
Velora M. Phillips, 53, of 211 First St., Bentleyville; theft; charged March 25, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, $150 restitution.
Faron D. Bowers, 51, of 583 Valleyview Drive, Eighty Four; simple assault, resisting arrest; charged Aug. 3; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail.
Jasmine L. Wilkins, 20, of 864 Chartiers St., Washington; access device fraud, theft; charged Nov. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution of $417 to Christian Bible Fellowship and $130 to Toys R Us.
Dawn M. Abel, 44, of 209 Valley St., McDonald; second offense of DUI-refusal; charged Aug. 23; sentence – 6 to 18 months on home monitoring with the first 3 months on SCRAM-X with work release, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.
Heather R. Young, 32, of 563 Brigich Road, Canonsburg; harassment; sentence – $300 fine.
Ronny P. Johnson, 20, of 305 Donnan Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; robbery, false identification; charged Aug. 15; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation with work release.
Vegas L. Moore, 41, of 12 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington; second offense of DUI; charged Jan. 12; sentence – 6 to 23 months home monitoring with the first 3 months on SCRAM with work release, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.
Calvin Jolly, 21, of Millsboro; statutory sexual assault, indecent assault; charged Sept. 30, 201; sentence – 10 years of high-impact probation with intensive supervision; no contact with the victim; must report as Megan’s Law offender.
Donald William Gratz Jr., 33, of Vista Valley Road, Washington; child pornography, displaying obscene materials; charged Dec. 29, 2010; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail.
Harry Millington, 39, of 1330 Hidden Valley Drive, Bulger; statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 24 to 48 months in jail, followed by 5 years of probation; must report as Megan’s Law offender, no contact with the victim.
Two people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Dispostion program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their sentences expunged.
Robert W. Garrison III, 22, of 44 MChain Road, Finleyville, was admitted for 24 months for theft and ordered to pay $3,845 to the state Department of Transportation.
Nicholas W. Larkins, 21, of 1863 Village Green Drive, Jefferson Hills, was admitted for 24 months for theft and ordered to pay $3,845 to PennDOT.
