CANONSBURG

Public drunkenness citation: State police filed a public drunkenness citation against Allen D. Nicholas, 53, hometown unavailable, after he was found staggering in front of the Canonsburg Police Department at 3:01 a.m. Saturday. The citation was filed with the office of District Justice David Mark.


HANOVER

Underage drinking: Thirteen minors and seven juveniles received underage drinking citations in parking lots at First Niagara Pavilion before and during the Mayhem concert Friday, according to the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement in Pittsburgh. An arrest is pending for an adult, Todd A. Titus, who is accused of furnishing alcohol to the minors. Those cited were Kristin Wozniak, John Lindsley, Bridget Byzek, Maggie Lilly, Gregory Darst Jr., Zachary Lasko, William Bair, Michael Spallone, Trevor Leighty, Caitlin Titus, Beudeso Harrison, Ginny Phillips and Samantha Faudie.


INDEPENDENCE

Fan stolen: State police said two men stole a large fan from a barn owned by John Dyer at 690 Washington Pike at 5:45 p.m. Friday. Police described the men as being in their early 40s, and they loaded the fan into a gold SUV and fled east on Route 844 onto Route 231.
