Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:


Halee A. Taylor, 26, of 30 Applewood Drive, New Eagle; corruption of minors, indecent assault; charged June 5, 2012; sentence – 2 years of probation.


Andrew Bonus, 28, of 14 E. Water St., Canonsburg; theft, flight to avoid prosecution; charged April 17, 2012, Feb. 26 and April 21; sentence – 4 to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $844 restitution, no contact with victims.


David B. Crompton, 57, of 181 Mounts Road, Washington; driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Dec. 12; sentence – 10 days to 6 months on home monitoring with work release, $500 fine.


Emanuel Howard, 29, of 988 Cross St., Apt. 17, California; two counts of burglary, unsworn falsification to authorities; charged Sept. 24, Oct. 4 and 11; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with work release, 3 years of probation, restitution to be determined.


Michael J. McGreevy, 59, of 131 Thompsonville Road, McMurray; DUI; charged July 4, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with the first 6 months on home monitoring and first 3 months on SCRAM with work release, 18-month license suspension, $1,500 fine.


Robert J. McAnany, 37, of Westland; accident involving injury, driving with a suspended license, driving at safe speed; charged July 20; sentence – 23 months in IPP with the first 6 months on home monitoring with work release, restitution to be determined, $225 fine.


George M. Sekura, 49, of 472 1/2 McClane Farm Road, Washington; possession of firearm prohibited; charged Aug. 17; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail and inpatient treatment at Turning Point with work release.


Michael A. Hornak, 20, of 155 Adlin Ave., Houston; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 16; admitted into the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.


Samayah Winston, 23, of 625 Main St., West Brownsville; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 25; sentence – 12 days in jail, $50 fine.


Blake A. Hilderbrand, 25, of 2245 Vandalia Road, Louisville, Ill; simple assault; charged July 15; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution to be determined.


Brittany C. Stupar, 26, of 8211 San Angelo Drive, Apt. H18, Huntington Beach, Calif.; possession with intent to deliver; charged Nov. 22, 2011; sentence – 18 months of probation.


Ian M. Flaherty, 28, of 205 Jobes St., Elco; furnishing drug-free urine; charged Aug. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.


David A. Rice Jr., 22, of 377 Pear Ave., Belle Vernon; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 12; sentence – 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail, no contact with victim.


Jamie Jones Sr., 33, of 1205 McKean Ave., Charleroi; distribution of a small amount of marijuana, resisting arrest; charged Oct. 5; sentence – 18 months of probation.


Diana L. McPartland, 36, of 409 Thompson Ave., Donora; theft; charged May 10, 2012; sentence – 12 months intensive monitoring with the first 6 months on home monitoring, $3,306 restitution.


David C. Mooers, 46, of 209 First St., Bentleyville; theft; charged Dec. 31; sentence – 6 to 23 months home monitoring, $500 restitution to victim, $1,172 restitution to State Farm, no contact with victim.


Kenneth W. Collins, 25, of 144 Strawberry Way, California; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 12; sentence – 12 months of probation.


Paul D. Phillips, 27, of 60 S. Wade Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 8, 2011; admitted into the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.


Gerald Williams, 27, of 1090 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 13, Washington; DUI, driving with a suspended license, reckless endangerment, false report, possession with intent to deliver; charged March 6 and July 5 and Oct. 14, 2012; sentence – 6 to 23 months months in jail, 12 months of probation, 12-month license suspension, $1,200 fine, $3,468 to Select Insurance.


One person was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If she successfully completes the program, she can petition the court to have her record expunged. Admitted was:


Amy M. Klaas, 35, of the Washington City Mission, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for theft after stealing $436 cash from Denny’s Restaurant, where she was employed.


Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:


Donald W. Gratz Jr., 34, of 119 Third St., Washington; sexual abuse of children, displaying obscene materials, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 18, 2010, and May 28, 2011; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation.


Gregory J. Martos, 53, of 103 Locust St., Bentleyville; second offense of DUI; charged Dec. 8; sentence – 60 days to 6 months in jail with work release, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension


Gregory C. Tomasetti, 44, of 2620 Monterey Drive, Pittsburgh; DUI; charged March 24, 2011; sentence – 4 to 23 months in jail, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.


Karen J. Korowicki, 44, of 131 Bench Ave., Washington; second offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Sept. 11; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, 3 months on SCRAM, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, work release granted.


Kenneth A. Lafferty, 45, of 183 Foxstop Road, Charleroi; second offense of DUI; charged July 13; sentence – 6 to 12 months jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring with work release, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.


Brian M. Cooper, 34, of 421 Chess St., Monongahela; DUI; charged Dec. 3, 2011; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring with SCRAM with work release, 12-month license suspension, $1,000 fine.


Natalie R. Madden, 36, of 60 Penn Ave., North Irwin; third offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged May 11, 2012; sentence – 6 to 18 months jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring with work release, followed by another 90 days on home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, $2,500 fine.


Judy Leichty, 64, of 163 Clare Drive, Washington; second offense of DUI; charged Feb. 14; sentence – 6 to 23 months jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring and the first 3 months on SCRAM-X, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, work release granted.


Andrew M. Dallessandro, 47, of 119 Fairview St., Elrama; DUI; charged Dec. 8; sentence – 30 days to 6 months jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring with SCRAM-X with work release, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.


Chad C. Coyle, 41, of 13 Hillman St., Bentleyville; theft; charged March 19; sentence – 10 to 23 months in jail.


James L. Ritenour Jr., 35, of 228 Beallsville Road, Bentleyville; disorderly conduct, DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 15, 2012, and Feb. 11; sentence – 6 months of probation, $1,200 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Kenneth Schultz, 20, of 156 Mong Road, Scenery Hill; resisting arrest, required financial responsibility, certificate of inspection, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, $325 fine.


Dylan A. Connelly, 22, of 54 Hickory St., Ellsworth; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 28; admitted into the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.


Chad E. Mick, 20, of 655 Walnut Hill, Dilliner; possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft; charged April 27; admitted into the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months, no contact with Walmart.


Melissa L. Bebout, 34, of Jollick Manor, Washington; disorderly conduct; charged March 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.


James R. Minor, 54, of 7 Bishop Hill Road, McDonald; second offense of DUI; charged Nov. 9; sentence – 10 days to 6 months in jail, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.


Kristie A. Huseman-Falcon, 24, of 145 Washington St., Apt. 3, Cokeburg; receiving stolen property, conspiracy; charged July 27; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution to victim, 50 hours of community service.


Jamie Pendland, 33, of 121 Helen St., Bentleyville; accident involving injury; charged Feb. 1; sentence – 90 days to 23 months jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring with work release, $500 fine, $500 restitution.


Arlyn T. Conkey, 47, of 81 Reed Road, Avella; second offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 7; sentence – 6 to 23 months jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring with the first three months on SCRAM-X, plus another 90 days home monitoring with work release, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.


Charles D. Shaver, 49, of 315 Summit Ave., Apt. C15, Canonsburg; second offense of DUI; charged Sept. 29; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with minimum to be served on home monitoring with first 3 months on SCRAM-X with work release, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension.


Dennis R. Malone, 52, of 110 E. Pittsburgh St., Burgettstown; false reports; charged March 17; sentence – 6 months of probation, no contact with victim.


Shanea M. Nakoneczny, 29, of 575 Isabella Ave., North Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged April 18; sentence – $300 fine.


Jessica R. Lacock, 33, of 14 E. Water St., Apt. 3, Canonsburg; hindering apprehension; charged Feb. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation.


Several people were admitted to the ARD program for first offenders:


Michelle R. Caton, 20, of 625 W. Chestnut St., Apt. 2, Washington, was admitted for 12 months for false reports; charged Nov. 10.


Tyler D. Burkhalter, 21, of 370 Duncan Ave., Apt. C, Washington, was admitted for 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 29.


Robert J. McKinley, 33, of 103 Corwin St., Roscoe, was admitted for 6 months for altering title registration; charged Dec. 5.


Cindy L. Kossar, 42, of 43 Dewey St., Dunlevy, was admitted for 12 months for fraudulently altering plate; charged April 21.


Sarah M. Weddington, 22, unknown address, was admitted for 12 months for theft by deception; charged April 27.


Kristina M. Thomas, 42, of 830 Ewing St., Washington, was admitted for 6 months for retail theft; charged Jan. 16.


Jayson L. Wright, 21, of 145 Washington St., Cokeburg, was admitted for 12 months for fleeing or eluding; charged June 10, 2012.


Michael Petrola, 23, of 868 Spring Valley Road, Scenery Hill, was admitted for 12 months for theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief ; charged Aug. 21.


Diane Bugaile, no age, of 370 Pennsylvania Ave., North Charleroi, was admitted for 6 months for theft from a motor vehicle, theft, receiving stolen property; charged Jan. 28.


David Keirs, 54, of 39 Sycamore St., Muse, was admitted for 6 months for simple assault.


Richard A. Bernett, 20, of 50 Crescent Road, Scenery Hill, was admitted for 6 months for theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief; charged Aug. 21.


Rebecca Janoski, 45, of 6921 Bye Road, East Palestine, Ohio, was admitted for 12 months for propelling missile into an occupied vehicle and criminal mischief.
