Coleman Scott betting against rain on Rain Day

Olympic bronze medalist Coleman Scott has made the Rain Day hat bet with Waynesburg Mayor Duncan Berryman.

Coleman Scott, an Olympic bronze medalist originally from Waynesburg, has bet Waynesburg Borough Mayor Duncan Berryman it will not rain July 29.

If it does not rain next Monday, it will be the second year in a row the borough’s mayor has had to forfeit his hat.
