Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Katherine Emery were:

Robert Beiter, 33, 545 Aunt Clara Road, Burgettstown; theft, criminal mischief, trespassing; charged May 15; sentence – 12 to 23 months in jail.

John Slappy, 23, 2725 Fifth Ave., Beaver Falls; theft; charged May 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with Walmart.

Ryan Cline, 22, of 110 Church St., Jacobs Creek; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension; charged Nov. 6, 2012; sentence – 13 months of probation, $200 fine.

Ashlie S. Harris, 21, of Washington; possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy; charged Dec. 17, 2010; sentence – 2 to 5 years in state prison.

Charles Fetsko, 31, of 97 Main St., Daisytown; theft, criminal conspiracy, unauthorized use of a vehicle; charged Aug. 21, 2012; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail.

Richard Wendall-Earl Shelton, 39, of Cleveland; two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Aug. 7, 2012; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail, 12-month license suspension, $1,500 fine.

Daniel L. Yocum, 42, of 632 Waynesburg Road, Washington; aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats; charged March 5; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail followed by 2 years of probation.

Jason H. Elliott, 35, of 127 Liberty St., McDonald; simple assault, terroristic threats; charged May 28; sentence – 4 to 12 months in jail followed by 2 years of probation, anger management classes, no contact with the victim.

Jon Ray Keith Kennedy Jr., 19, of 227 Knox Ave., Monessen; robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, carrying an unlicensed firearm; charged Dec. 17; sentence – 5 to 15 years in prison followed by five years of probation, $275 fine.
