FRANKLIN

Parts stolen: State police reported someone stole parts off several Kubota tractors at the Vaccari Kubota dealership, 1006 E. Greene St., sometime between 1:30 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Tuesday.


Disorderly conduct: John Steve Gira, 32, of Brownsville, was arrested by state police for disorderly conduct after he allegedly made an obscene gesture toward another individual at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday in the Walmart parking lot.

Batteries stolen: State police reported that between noon Aug. 16 and 9 a.m. Monday someone stole batteries from a sign board on Chartiers Road.


Copper stolen: Ninety feet of grounding copper was stolen from two locations, one on Adamik Road and the other on Kovalcheck Road, Aug. 15 or 16, state police said.
