Police Beat Sept. 27
Disorderly conduct: Justin A. Upham, 22, of New Castle, was charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly caused a disturbance and fought with others early Thursday at Spuds, Wood Street, California police said.
Woman threatened: William Koster, 24, of 333 Third St., Donora, is charged by borough police with burglary, making terroristic threats, trespassing and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Koster of kicking in the front door of the 109 Castner Ave. residence of Shana Guinyard and threatening her for allowing his girlfriend in the house, the affidavit said. He is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set Wednesday by District Judge Mark Wilson.
Man charged: Jacob T. Magera, 21, of Pittsburgh, is charged by borough police with making terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct over a disturbance about 3:30 p.m. at Body Systems at 106 W. Lincoln Ave., court records show. He is free on $15,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
Warrant arrest: Johnette C. Wynkoop. 63, of Charleroi, was arrested on a warrant on charges filed by North Strabane police stemming from an Oct. 21 incident at the Golden Years Assisted Living, 201 Village Drive. Police were called to the facility to remove Wynkoop, who reportedly created a disturbance. She reportedly refused to comply with police orders to leave. After she was told that she was being charged with criminal trespass, Wynkoop reportedly struggled with officers as they tried to handcuff her. She was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge Mark Wilson on charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She was placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond.
Theft: A patient at ManorCare Health Services, 113 W. McMurray Road, reported Tuesday that about $1,800 is missing from his bank account using a bank card and checks, township police said.
Man jailed: Patrick C. Adams, 27, of 251 Annuity Drive, South Franklin Towbship, is charged by the Washington County sheriff’s office with false identification to law enforcement, accused of providing a fake identity during a traffic stop about 4:15 p.m. Sept. 3 on West Wylie Avenue, court records show. He is in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond set Wednesday by District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Theft report: Troy Saunders of East Hallam Avenue told city police about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday assorted gold jewelry had been stolen from his residence. Police said they found no evidence of forced entry into his home.
