GREENSBORO

Harassment: Beverly Ann Cloutier, 63, of Greensboro, told state police John Ray Lipscomb, 48, no address given, called her on the telephone early Sunday and demanded she pay him money she allegedly owes him. Cloutier said she was annoyed by the calls. Lipscomb will be cited for harassment, police said.


PERRY

Theft: Logs were stolen from the yard of John Fischerkeller on Cherry Alley in Mt. Morris between 8:30 a.m. Oct. 9 and 5:30 p.m. Sunday, state police said.


WHITELEY

ATV theft: A blue and gray 2007 Artic Cat all-terrain vehicle was stolen from the driveway of Terry Dale Spitznogle, Hoy Run Road, Spraggs, at 12:09 a.m. Wednesday, state police. Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.
