CANTON

ATVs stolen: Michael Gray Jr. told state police a blue Wildfire all-terrain vehicle and a pink-and-blue Wildfire Typhoon all-terrain vehicle were stolen Monday or Tuesday from his residence’s back porch at 740 Findlay St. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-223-5200.


Items stolen: Stacey Pruitt of Washington told state police a video game player, MP3 player and wallet containing $600 were stolen from her vehicle while it was parked between 12:01 a.m. and 10 a.m. Tuesday along Arlington Avenue.


CARROLL

Retail theft: Noreen A. Tartt, 55, of Pittsburgh, and formerly of Donora, is facing her 17th arrest for retail theft, court records show. Tartt is in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond after being arrested as a fugitive and arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Mark Wilson. Carroll Township police charged her with stealing $22 worth of merchandise Nov. 12 from Fisher Heights Giant Eagle, 1300 Country Club Road.


WASHINGTON

Jail damaged: Nathaniel Johnson, 20, of 1132 Wilmington St., and Sheldon L. Morris, 18, of 860 Broad St., both of Washington, are charged with institutional vandalism by city police in a summons filed Friday before District Judge Robert Redlinger. Court records accuse them of flooding a toilet in a special housing unit of Washington County jail about 9:50 p.m. May 26, causing $150 in damage.
