Police beat Nov. 3
Criminal mischief: Jennifer Lynn Charles, of 466 Mt. Zion Road, told police someone knocked over her mailbox Oct. 22, causing $20 in damage.
Criminal mischief: Martha Ann Klinedinst, of 185 Moore Road, told police someone damaged her lawn with a vehicle Oct. 26 and then fled the scene.
Burglary: On Oct. 24 or Oct. 25, someone forcibly entered the building that houses Chris Bury Cement Contracting at 101 Walker Lane and stole a rotary concrete saw valued at $1,000.
Criminal trespass: Frank Sigle, of Washington, will be charged with one count of criminal trespass after he allegedly entered a vacant residence at the Consol Coal Co. at 490 Verner Lane without permission Wednesday, police said.
Collision: After being stopped at a stop sign at of Spring Street and State Route 2016 Saturday, Lee A. Bastin, 44, of Charleroi, pulled onto State Route 2016 and his vehicle was hit by a car being driven Rachael Williams, 38, also of Charleroi, police said. Williams sustained a minor injury.
