Wind advisory issued for Friday

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Western Pennsylvania, including Washington and Greene counties, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. Winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts higher than 45 mph are expected and could cause downed trees and power lines.
