Phillies-Pirates exhibition game rained out

PHILADELPHIA (AP) – The scheduled exhibition game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies was canceled because of rain Saturday.

The Phillies completed spring training with a 9-18 record, while Pittsburgh went 15-10.

Philadelphia opens the regular season Monday afternoon at Texas. The Pirates host the Cubs.
