The following people appeared for sentencing recently in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Matthew Davis, 31, 510 4th St., N. Charleroi; firearm not to be carried without a license, retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail, firearm and knife to be destroyed, restitution, banned from Walmart and no contact with the co-defendant.
Anthony McGinnis, 22, 109 W. Walnut St., Washington; criminal mischief; charged July 15; sentence – 6 months of probation, restitution, no contact with the victim and co-defendant.
Dava V. Danley Jr., 36, 514 Giffin Ave., Canonsburg; harassment; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and anger management classes.
Casondra Mason, 32, 109 W. Walnut St., Washington; criminal mischief; charged July 15; sentence – 6 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim and co-defendant.
Ashley T. Coulson, 24, 185 Arlington Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 11; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jessica L. Summers, 33, 820 Capitol Drive, Carnegie; theft by deception and 3 counts of forgery; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 1 to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with First Niagara.
Jennifer N. Wells, 30, 630 Kennedy Road, Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft; charged June 2; sentence – 24 months of probation, banned from Dollar General and complete retail theft classes.
Joshua L. Smith, 39, 100 Garden St., Canonsburg; false imprisonment of a minor, simple assault and endangering the welfare of children; charged May 20; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 4 years of probation, no contact with victim until approval made by therapist, and anger management classes.
Sabrina M. Kyper, 31, 208 Diamond Ave., Brownsville; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 27; sentence – 12 months in probation-without-verdict program.
Tiffany Cikovic, 28, 134 Clearview Ave., Weirton, W.Va.; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 6; sentence – 6 months in probation-without-verdict program.
Kenneth J. Havelka, 30, 18 Park Drive, Atlasburg; possession of marijuana, small amount; charged Dec. 16, 2011; sentence – 30 days in probation-without-verdict program.
William R. Shultz, 27, 2528 Second St., Grindstone; third offense of DUI; charged May 12; sentence – 24 months of State Intermediate Punishment Program, $2,500 fine.
Trevor A. Wolfe, 24, Washington; criminal mischief; charged Jan. 21, 2013, sentence – 12 months of probation.
