BEDFORD (AP) – Officials say a hiker reported missing in Western Pennsylvania over the weekend was found dead in the woods.

State police in Bedford County told The Mirror of Altoona that the body of 65-year-old Robert Miller of Woodbury Township was found Sunday morning.

Officials said the death was attributed to natural causes.

Police said Miller was reported to have left his residence at noon Saturday to hike in state game lands bordering the property. Relatives called police when he failed to return, and troopers assisted with a search that started at about 9 p.m. Saturday.
