Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Joshua S. Faulk, 21, 1846 Morey Road, Fredericktown; receiving stolen property; charged Nov. 6; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Alek R. Swiger, 22, 2043 Route 980, McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Scott L. Ervin, 24, 414 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; simple assault and disorderly conduct; charged July 2; sentence – 24 months of probation, anger management counseling and no contact with the victim.
Larry N. Arbogast, 28, 2223 Lutz Ave., Pittsburgh; charged Dec. 25, 2012; simple assault; sentence – 90 days to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, anger management counseling, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Jason A. Carpenter, 21, 25 Midland Drive, Washington; conspiracy to commit burglary and four counts of burglary; charged June 9; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, restitution and 100 hours of community service.
Steven A. Zeletski, 36, 135 Washington Drive, Fayette City; criminal mischief; charged July 12, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Christopher R. Applegate, 23, 512 Adams Ave., Brownsville; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Sept. 26; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.
Michael A. Jericho, 27, 406 Stuart Circle, Belle Vernon; careless driving and second offense of DUI; charged Oct. 12; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, highway safety school, 12 months of license suspension and $300 fine.
Robert M. Anderson Jr., 23, 5123 Carnegie St., Pittsburgh; careless driving and second offense of DUI; charged July 15; sentence – 60 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, highway safety school, 12 months of license suspension and $750 fine.
One person was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If he successfully completes the program, he can petition the court to have his record expunged.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Deron L. Dominski, 45, 503 E. Fifth Ave., Langeloth; disorderly conduct; charged March 1, 2013; sentence – 10 days to 6 months electronic home monitoring and $1,000 fine.
Trevor A. Wolfe, 24, 20 Mill St., Washington; criminal mischief; charged Feb. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Shaun Cunningham, 32, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 11; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
One person was admitted to the ARD program.
Vincent M. DiCio, 34, 1825 Jefferson Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for a first offense of DUI; charged Dec. 18.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:
Shawn E. Beatty, 34, 1491 N. Sunset Beach Road, Claysville; simple assault, forgery and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer; charged Jan. 24; sentence – 2 to 23 months in jail, anger management classes and no contact with the victim.
