Where was Obama?

  • May 10, 2014

Where was President Obama on the first anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombing?

Thirty-two thousand people participated in the run, millions watched an held their breath, but Obama wasn’t there.

I know he has a lot on his plate. We have problems everywhere, but it would have been so cool for him to start the race and maybe jog 100 yards or so. It would have been the shot in the arm we all need to get our swagger back.

The president tweeted congratulations to the winners. Somehow, though, a tweet just doesn’t make it. He should have been there.
