Flash flood watch issued

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for much of the area, including Washington County, until 10 p.m. tonight. A line of thunderstorms with heavy rain is expected this afternoon and evening, after about 1.5 to 2 inches fell yesterday, creating the threat of flash flooding.
