Veterans receive quality care

As a veteran who has started to use facilities operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs on a regular basis, I have to say the care I receive is very good. I find the people are very dedicated and go out of their way to provide services to veterans I know. They have been very helpful to me in getting the care I require.

There are problems for sure, but it isn’t the employees who are at fault. Like any large agency, the problems start at the top. And these problems affect the employees as well as the veterans. With all the problems that have been reported in the news media, the employees of the veterans affairs department still have great morale and dedication to the veterans they serve.
