Many help with food drives

  • August 2, 2014

Every time the Meadows Racetrack and Casino has a food drive for the Greater Washington County Food Bank, a letter appears to praise them. My question is, why aren’t other groups ever mentioned? In an age when we have many unemployed, an increased number of senior citizens and a large number of families with children in college, it is a sign of Christian charity that so many donate money, food and time to help with this cause.
