Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Waylon C. Muniz, 20, 201 Meadow Alley, Marianna; two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of bad checks; charged Sept. 12; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.
John Clair, 19, 507 E. Fifth Ave., Langeloth; disorderly conduct; charged April 15, 2013; sentence – $300 fine.
Jeremy D. Daniels, 21, 54 Mancha St., Eighty Four; theft; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Geraldine L. Fletcher, 58, 719 McKean Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged Nov. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, continue Narcotics Anonymous meetings and mental health treatment and banned from Rite Aid.
George Linneman, 44, 424 Frye St., Monessen; defiant trespass and two counts of retail theft; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months on a SCRAM device and electronic home monitoring, 2 years of probation, restitution, no contact with victim and banned from Save-A-Lot and Dollar General.
William R. Smith, 62, 605 Followfield Ave., Charleroi; receiving stolen property; charged May 29; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
David C. Modrey, 29, 431 Waddell Ave., Donora; furnishing drug-free urine; charged May 2, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jessica L. Kern, 23, 342 Narigon Run Road, Claysville; disorderly conduct; charged July 10, 2013; sentence – $300 fine.
Kimberly A. Wilhelm, 50, 880 Route 481, Monongahela; retail theft and second offense of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 15; sentence – 9 to 18 months of electronic home monitoring, 24 months of probation, $2,500 fine, highway safety school, 18-month license suspension, 12-month Interlock Ignition program, restitution and banned from Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club.
Kenneth P. Ferguson, 42, 1337 Gilmore Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Apr. 24; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail, 3 months of electronic home monitoring with credit for time served and 11 months of probation.
Lawrence A. Katrencik, 26, 412 Cardinal Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 25; sentence – 12 months of probation.
David J. Greene, 28 131 Church St., Claysville; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 28; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail.
Denene Morris, 44, 143 Center St., Millsboro; endangering the welfare of children and disorderly conduct; charged May 30, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman was:
Richard D. Lacks Jr., 20, 962 Addison St., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged May 26; sentence – 3 to 6 months in jail, $500 fine and 1-year license suspension.
Several people were admitted to the were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders by Judge Valarie Costanzo. If they successfully complete the program they can petition the court to have their record expunged.
Sara N. Morrison, 21, 380 Wherry Road, Bentleyville; was admitted for 12 months for theft and access device issued to another who did not authorize use; charged Dec. 25.
Christine Glatts, 43, 696 McCarrell Ave., Washington; was admitted for 12 months for theft of services; charged Oct. 23, 2012.
Jesse Iwanonkiw, 27, 313 Greenfield Drive, McMurray; was admitted for 12 months for driving under the influence; charged Nov. 23.
Brandy L. Bartek, 42, 1001 Third St., Charleroi; was admitted for 12 months for driving under the influence; charged Feb. 19.
Several people were admitted to the ARD program for first offenders by Judge John DiSalle.
Harrison P. Ross Jr., 20, 124 Colonial Village Drive, Pittsburgh; was admitted for 12 months for theft, access device issued to another who did not authorize use and theft of lost property; charged Jan. 28.
Lynn A. Davis, 43, 444 Lenity School Road, Belle Vernon; was admitted for 12 months for harassment; charged Sept. 9.
Gregg E. Threlkeld, 47, 153 Park Lane Drive, Canonsburg; was admitted for 12 months for gambling devices; charged Sept. 4.
Jessica Miller, 20, 350 W. Maiden St., Washington; was admitted for 12 months for theft by deception; charged March 8.
