Ken and Darlene Butzine of Houston celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with family and friends at Bella Serra in Cecil Township on Oct. 17.

Mr. and Mrs. Butzine were married October 18, 1959, in American Lutheran Church, Hogeland, Mont., by the late Rev. E.O. Urness.

The couple have three children, Craig (Sandy) of Mars, Darla (Paul) Tripoli of Washington and Steve (Mary Pat) of Maylene, Ala.

They have nine grandchildren, Cayla, Kyle and Delaney Butzine; Jacob and Madison Tripoli; and Connor, Camryn Ann, Carson and Robert Clark Butzine.

Mr. Butzine, son of the late Alfred and Junice Butzine, retired from Cooper Industries.

Mrs. Butzine, daughter of the late Elmer and Florence Snider, is a retired registered nurse.

Mr. and Mrs. Butzine are members of Peace Lutheran Church in McMurray.
