Announcement is made of the engagement of Kristy Riley and Michael Martin of Jefferson.

Kristy's parents are Sherry and Michael Bennett of Washington, Blaine and Louis Wright of Sycamore, Tracy and John Gray of Rices Landing and George and Patricia Lavigne of Decatur, Texas.

Her grandparents are Keith and Kathy Shumaker of Carmichaels, Kris Rogers of Waynesburg, late Jim Rogers, the late Gary Thompson, Patricia Wright of Waynesburg, the late Edward Wright and the late George and Ethel Lavigne.

Michael's parents are Ronald and Charlotte Martin of Waynesburg. His grandparents are Nancy Whitlatch of Waynesburg, the late Thomas Whitlatch, the late Charles Blaker, the late Nelson and Helen Nelson Martin, Lena King of Waynesburg and the late Warren King.

The future bride is a 2003 graduate of West Greene Middle-Senior High and a 2005 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania.

Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of Central Greene High School.

Wedding plans are being made for November 6, 2010.
