Three armed men robbed a Peters Township restaurant Saturday night.

The men wielding guns entered the rear of the Hunan Inn at 3939 Washington Road in Donaldsons Crossroads shopping center shortly after 10 p.m., township police Chief Harry Fruecht said.

The robbers fled out the back door with an undetermined amount of cash. Fruecht said none wore a mask or costume.

At the time of the robbery, employees but no customers were present in the restaurant, and no injuries were reported, Fruecht said.

Responding were officers from Peters and North Strabane townships and the Cecil Township canine unit.

Police continued their investigation Saturday night.
