New face on N. Strabane board

Republican newcomer Jeff Stanley finished second in a race for two supervisors' seats in North Strabane Township.

Leading the ticket was Democrat Greg Sulc, who had 1,147 votes with all six precincts reporting, according to unofficial results from the Washington County elections office.

Finishing third was long-time supervisor Brian Spicer, who had 838 votes.
