BENTLEYVILLE

Harassment charge: Andrea L. Zack, 47, of Bentleyville, was charged with harassment after an altercation Monday with Ruth Ann Bell, 72, of Bentleyville, at a home at 114 First St., state police said.

Harassment charges: Kenneth Keyock, 34, of 221 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg, and Charles Nichols, 42, of 115 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg, were charged with harassment by Canonsburg police Monday.

Keyock is accused of using a racial slur against Nichols. Nichols is accused of pushing Keyock to the ground.

Keyock also told police that his vehicle was damaged while parked in the lot at Valley View.

CHARTIERS TOWNSHIP

Fraudulent charge: David A. McPeake of 401 Linda Lane told Chartiers police Thursday that $2,100 was charged to his credit card account without his permission.

Woman hit: Marcy McAdams of 956 Governors Circle told Chartiers police Sunday that she was knocked down by a vehicle that backed into her following an argument with another person. She went to Washington Hospital four hours after the mishap. The driver denied hitting anyone. Police continue to investigate.

FALLOWFIELD TOWNSHIP

Driver injured: Sheila Churchel, 64, of Daisytown, was slightly injured Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Fallowfield, state police said. Her sport utility vehicle was hit from behind by a car driven by Gena Caeti, 39, of Daisytown.

MT. PLEASANT TOWNSHIP

DUI charge: Brandon Rushlow, 30, of 115 Main St., Hickory, faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol following a one-vehicle crash about 11 p.m. Friday near Mt. Prospect Cemetery, near the intersection of Routes 18 and 50.

Mt. Pleasant police said his pickup truck hit a tree. Rushlow was flown to Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, for treatment. Police said open beer cans were found in his truck. Blood was drawn to determine his alcohol level.

Driver faces charge: Gregory Sisul, 38, of Wotring Road, Hopewell Township, faces charges of DUI and having an open container.

Police checked on him after finding his vehicle pulled into a grassy area off Agape Road about 9 p.m. Friday.

He had an open can of beer and an open bottle of Jagermeister, police said, and also admitted to taking prescription medication. His alcohol level was almost double the limit presumed for intoxication, according to police, who sent him to a hospital for a blood test.

SOUTH FAYETTE TOWNSHIP

Burglary: About $1,200 was reported stolen from a dresser in a house in the 100 block of Morgan Hill Road, Morgan, South Fayette police said. The burglary was reported at 3:50 p.m. Sunday.

Money stolen: Employees of Wheel Bar, 3000 Washington Pike, reported $1,200 was removed from a cash box before 11:30 a.m. Sunday, South Fayette police said. A heavyset man wearing a blue jumpsuit arrived at the bar Saturday and claimed to be there to service a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. He went to the kitchen alone, police said. The cash was reported missing the next day.

SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP

Money stolen: South Strabane police said $125 was stolen from an 89-year-old resident of Southminster Assisted Living, 880 S. Main St. The theft was reported Monday.

UNION TOWNSHIP

Two-vehicle crash: Alexa B. Foanio, 21, of Finleyville, was injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday on Route 88 in Union Township, state police said. Her vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Amanda J. Abel, 29, of Finleyville, which was attempting to pull out from a private road. Foanio was treated at Jefferson Hospital. Abel was not hurt.

WASHINGTON

Burglary: Frank Frost, 23, of 280 E. Prospect Ave., told police that two diamond rings, $900, a television set and an Xbox 360 video-game console were stolen from his home Sunday. The incident occurred about 9 p.m., and Frost said he had left his apartment for only about 45 minutes. Entry was made through a basement door.

Men robbed: Roger King and Mike Dalton Jr. told Washington police they were attacked Sunday night by two men wearing masks in the 200 block of Pine Street. Both were hit in the face with a baseball bat and treated at Washington Hospital. King said his bag, containing $500, was stolen.

Purse stolen: Patricia Baker, 40, of Wheeling, W.Va., told Washington police her purse was stolen Sunday when she attended a dinner at Vineyard Church, 100 N. Main St., Sunday. It contained $20.

Trespass charges: James T. Hickman of 15 N. Main St., Apt. 1, Washington, was charged Friday with four counts of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and making terroristic threats after arguing with employees at Shop 'n Save, 125 W. Beau St., Washington police said.

Burglary reported: Three gold necklaces worth about $500 were stolen from the residence of Alycia Mitchell, 611 Penn Ave., between Nov. 18 and Friday, police said.
