Peters Township should be number 1. There is no way Washington would beat them. Lets get serious Mike.

I think Mike's ranking of Wash High at No. 1 is right on. We'll find out when PT plays the High.

Is there a better shooter in the Wpial than Will Glendenning (Canon-Mac)? Might be the best prep shooter in the area since Dante Calabria!

This blog is just out of control. The only way he is shooting better than Calabria is if he had to shoot with a broken arm...

Those rankings are really messed up by the way. Cmon Mike you're better than that.

He is shooting 60% through what 5 games???

Yes will can shoot three consitently for over 50%. But, if canon mac has any chances of winning this year he is going to have to become more of a play maker than just a shooter. There is no one out there creating shot for there teammates, just for themselves.

Can anybody look at Zach Bellhy!! I see things about that Neimic kid from Beth Center and all but Bellhy is leading a team that was below 500 last year to 6-1. He has had two 36 point games and I don't believe he has scored less than 22. The team should be 7-0 but Bellhy got fouled out with 1:30 left in the game against Seton Lasalle. The Rangers were down 2 at that point and I believe they lossed by ten. If that doesn't show he is a game changing perfromer I don't know what does.... The Rangers are good but Bellhy must have amazing leadership on the floor because when he isn't out there things don't happen

Will shoots his shot from too low. Put a 6'1 or 6'2 guy on him and he wont hit nearly as high of a %...

ok maybe the Zach kid from fort cherry is havin a good year but come one, look at the competition he is facing. Lets be real now.

look at his competition... that would be a great thing to do.. Neimic is in single A look at his competition come on now. Let's be honest Fc is one of the hardest sections in double a and if he keeps getting 30 like he has been his name should be in the paper a little bit more.. look at his competition are you joking? If he moves to quad A he would still have 20 points a game he is a darn good basketball player no matter where he is

Are you kidding me last post? Playing brentwood and carlynton twice a year, yea real convincing that he plays great competition. lets see him up against wash high or peters.

I am not making a personal attack but I have watched Neimic play. I have no idea what Cal U was thinking recruiting this kid. He will never play at that level.

I dont care what he averages. There are plenty of players who averaged a lot of points but cant play at that level. Its a different game. I could give you numerous examples of atheltes who put up big numbers and dont ever play in college but I think anyone with half a brain would understand.

Mr. Neimic your a great high school basketball player. Enjoy it while it lasts but you would have been much better off going Division III.

Enough with all this Peters Township talk. They are a solid team that will lose in the second round of the WPIAL. They have a little talent and play as a team, but they dont have the atheletes to win it all.

Ok so you he plays Brentwood and Carlynton twice what about North Catholic and South Fayette and Seton LaSalle he had 31 points if he played Peters Twp or Wash High he would still get 20 points guarantee it. But since they don't play those teams lets see what he does against North Catholic and South Fayette.. If he is no good then watch him play there and everybody on this blog can see how good Bellhy is. I don't think the Rangers will win but Bellhy will have 22 or more in all 4 games he plays them. So you watch the kid and tell me how bad he is.. You will be suprised. I believe the Rangers play tomorrow at home. That can be a game to see and not for anybody on this site to say he is bad see first talk after....

Zach Belhy is a very good player no question he's work ethic is fantastic....Nemic will be a standout collge II player ..Coach Brown I believe knows what he is doing his record speaks for him. By the way I spoke to a school represenative and nemic was offered at least 9 scholarships.so let him cash in..

Only time will tell but I am willing to bet the house he wont be anything for Cal U. I have seen far better than him not get any time at Cal U...

He could been a DIII all conference player now he will resort to warming the bench.

Get a clue,

Maybe Mr. Niemiec wants to challenge himself. With hard work, many things are possible.

Your right Mike anything is possible. I hope he does prove me wrong. I just think its going to be an uphill battle at Cal U where they are always bringing in transfers. From what I saw I didnt think he was athletic enought to play at that level.

Anything is possible I mean you always see kids who overachieve. It is a great accomplishment. I just think he could have been a star at the division III level. I would rather be a star then have a good chance of not playing.

Only time will tell Mikey!!

Saw Ryne Niemiec play last night for Cal U I guess the only person right here on the blog so far was Mike Kovak . He has started the last four games for them . He shot the ball well and looks a lot stronger. Good call Mike
