After eight days away from the high school courts, doesn't look like there was much shaekup in the Observer-Reporter boys and girls basketball rankings.

Gotta luv the rankings. Jeanette is ranked 5th but somehow they are 4th in the state.

u right but wash hig beat SF and they are ranked 3rd and 10th in the state how is that

wash high beat them early in the year @ wash high, washington does not play a tough schedule at all either.

Even more incredible is that he had 10 3's in the following game.
He and his teammates made 215 3 pointers which to this point is the
2nd highest single season total in
PIAA history. (FC played 24 games,
1 less than the record holder who
made 216). I would guess that CV
will eclipse that mark. But, that was an average of 9 made 3's a game.

Dan Davis was the best individual basketball talent from a Washington County school that I've covered in my 10 years at the O-R.

His range was unreal and when he was on, he couldn't miss.

I've never seen QUAD A this weak before. Any team that goes on a run could walk away with the championship.

How did Fort Cherry boys lose with a 15 point lead at the start of the 4th quarter?
I guess their #21 seed was accurate.
