Retailers sign leases at Highlands and also near South Hills Village
Three retail clients represented by Century Realty secured leases in Southwestern Pennsylvania – two just outside Washington County.
Zen Nail Lounge committed to the Whole Foods project in Upper St. Clair, near South Hills Village Mall. It’s called Siena at St. Clair.
South Fayette Township-based Bubba’s Gourmet Burghers and Beer will open a second location, at The Highlands in Triadelphia, W.Va. Bubba’s is leasing 6,000 square feet there and is planning to open in late spring.
StudioME, a media studio, will occupy 2,500 square feet in East Liberty Place North on Penn Avenue.
