EQT sponsors Covered Bridge Festival
EQT is sponsoring the 46th annual Covered Bridge Festival, the Washington County Tourism Promotion Agency announced Wednesday.
The Pittsburgh-based firm, which specializes in oil and natural gas exploration and production, has been selected for the Sept. 17-18 event in Washington and Greene counties. The festival is conducted at 10 sites, each near a covered bridge, each featuring arts and crafts, food, re-enactments, demonstrations, children’s activities and live entertainment.
The festival draws an estimated 20,000-plus vistors each year.
