Community Bank marks anniversary with presentation
Community Bank celebrated its 115th year in business Friday by presenting a $15,000 check to the Carmichaels Sestercentennial Committee.
The presentation was made at the bank’s Carmichaels branch, which was opened in 1901, when it was known as First National Bank of Carmichaels.
The committee was formed to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the found of Carmichaels, which will occur in 2017.
