GACO seminar March 16 in North Strabane
The Government Agency Coordination Office at California University of Pennsylvania will hold a seminar on the COSTARS Contract Program from 9 a.m. to noon March 16 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Racetrack Road, North Strabane Township.
The Pennsylvania Department of General Services’ Bureau of Procurement manages COSTARS, a cooperative purchasing program allowing members to purchase products and services from businesses through a state contract. Members include local governments, public authorities, nonprofit educational and health entities, school districts and fire and rescue companies. Marketing manager Bruce Beardsley will speak.
