Horizon Properties Group LLC, the lead developer of Southpointe II, announced Wednesday Confluence Financial Partners has signed a lease in the Cecil Township mixed-use park.

Confluence Financial, a wealth management company, committed to space in an office building at 1000 Noble Energy Drive, Southpointe II. The firm focuses on clients with high net worth.

Greg Weimer, a partner with the company, likes the location.

“We wanted to be convenient,” he said in a statement. “With many clients located in the South Hills, along with easy access even from the north, this location will complement our Pittsburgh office. We also have many clients within Southpointe itself.”
